Utilities included: water, electricity, heating, internet (fibre), washing-up liquid, sponges, bin bags, toilet paper. NO EXTRA COSTS TO MANAGE BETWEEN THE 2 HOUSEMATES. Household linen provided in duplicate (bed linen, towels, tea towels, etc.). Well-equipped 9.30 m² kitchen (washing machine; terrace and garden accessible). Shops less than 500m away. BHNS bus line: stop 550m away: 10 mins to city centre and 12-13 mins to train stations. Line 4: stop 600m away towards University stop, opposite IAE, close to science faculty and IUT. Upside-down house: residing upstairs, I have my own private bathroom facilities. The ground floor kitchen and bathroom are for the tenants: these rooms function as an autonomous 2-person shared housing for quiet, clean, and respectful individuals.
