The house is spread over two levels: the ground floor features a large living room, a fully equipped and functional kitchen, and a private bathroom. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, a toilet, and a bathroom. Outside, there's a north-facing patio and a south-facing terrace.
Upon your arrival, I will present you with the house rules. The home is protected by a security system, including an alarm and cameras.
Close to all amenities, the location offers easy access to the Prapoutel-les-Sept-Laux region, Lumbin, known as the landing site for paragliders taking off from Saint-Hilaire-du-Touvet, and Crolles, where many companies are located, such as ST Electronique and Soitec, to name a few.
