I'm offering this bright and comfortable room, located in a residential area.
The house is spread over two levels: on the ground floor, there's a large living room, a fully equipped and functional kitchen, and a private bathroom. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, a toilet, and a bathroom. Outside, there's a north-facing patio and a large south-facing terrace.
Close to all amenities. The location is ideal for ski enthusiasts, with a nearby resort, for paragliders, with the nearby Lumbin site, and also for professionals, with several major companies located in Crolles.
Upon your arrival, I will present the house rules. The home is protected by a security system including an alarm and a camera.
I invite you to bring your good humor, good manners, respect, tolerance, and discretion. This is my concept of shared accommodation.

Pour une première expérience en location chambre je ne peux que conseiller fortement d'aller loger pour une nuit une semaine voir un ou plusieurs mois ,chez Geneviève. Geneviève est une personne au gros coeur et très gentille,de mon séjour passé chez elle est né une amitié très forte.tout ce fait simplement donc ne soyez pas compliqué... Vous vous retrouvez dans sa maison où il y fait bon vivre,vous croisez d'autres locataires qui viennent même de loin pour quelques nuits, C'est un peu comme une auberge espagnole et vous y passerez de bon moments. Je ne remercierai jamais assez Geneviève ,et je ne peux dire qu'il faut la découvrir et découvrir ce service qu'elle propose. Je vous recommande fortement de loger chez elle.
