The rate includes water, electricity, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and internet access. Food and recurring repairs, such as running out of butter for a slice of toast, are not included. For light sleepers, it's good to know that roosters crow early and, unfortunately, a neighbor's dog may bark during the night. We're trying to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
