Description
The apartment offers 120 m² of living space and a 6 m² balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. We are renting out the ground floor and the first floor of an old, recently renovated village house, featuring plenty of wood and stone, with a slate roof, in the heart of a very welcoming village. We live in the small cottage next door and in the basement of the house.
Ground floor: entrance, large modern kitchen/dining room opening onto the living room, separate WC, exposed beams, stone, balcony with a view of the mountains, electric heating and a soapstone stove.
First floor: a master bedroom and two single bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes and shelving, bathroom with WC and bathtub, attic for storage.
Two parking spaces included.
15 minutes by car from Sion, Anzère and Crans-Montana. The bus stop is a stone's throw away. A few metres' walk from the primary school, the butcher's shop, a bistro, a bakery, Denner and Edelweiss.
