There's a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
1500m² of wooded grounds. Facing south, this 90m² house, built in pure Provençal style (exposed stone and beams), is ideal for a vacation with family or friends in the south. The 50m² stone terrace adjoins a 90m² open garage with exposed stone, which is entirely at your disposal, as well as deckchairs, garden tables and chairs, as well as a boules and soccer field. The Venaissia Way is 1 km from the farmhouse, where you can cycle or walk in complete peace.
