Located in the lively university district of Ixelles, our house, where we live, offers you a comfortable room with a private shower and toilet. Very quiet location in a private square two minutes from all amenities. Equipment included: fridge, microwave, trolley with dishes, electric kettle. Spacious desk, armchair, shelf, storage cabinet. Cable TV, internet connection available for €1/day if desired. We ask our tenants to have a daytime activity. Teleworking during the week is not allowed. No registered address allowed. Perfectly suited for an internship, a first job or training. Close to public transport (trams, buses and metro), shops, restaurants, supermarkets, laundry and a very lively neighborhood a few minutes from our very quiet street. Nearby: European institutions, ULB and VUB universities, Ixelles cemetery, Place Flagey, city center, Delta... We love meeting the people who stay with us and we will do our best to make your stay pleasant.

Un séjour très agréable, pas d'inquiétude à avoir, les hôtes respect notre intimité. Très compréhensifs, ils sont vraiment à l'écoute pour un quelconque problème. En ce qui concerne la chambre il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour être à l'aise. Et le quartier est vraiment sympa ! Je les remercie 😊

En tant qu'étudiant, je suis très satisfait de mon séjour chez Christian et Monique. La chambre est confortable, propre, lumineuse et spacieuse. Elle possède tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin au quotidien. On s'y sent très bien. De plus, les hôtes sont d'une grande gentillesse et font tout pour qu'on puisse se sentir à l'aise.
Christian et Monique on été super avec moi. Très gentil et respectueux, ils m'ont accueilli alors que j'étais dans une situation compliquée. Ils ont été patient et compréhensif, je les remercies énormément pour cela. Je vous recommande cette location !
I wish to thank Ms. and Mr. Rycx for their hospitality during my stay in January/February this year. I stayed in their studio which I liked a lot - when you open the windows it feels like the entire room is one single terrace/balcony, with beautiful afternoon sunlight flowing into the room. The neighbourhood is decent and nice, even more so with the Bois de la Cambre near by - an amazing parc where people sell Belgian waffles and hot chocolate at stalls (but it also has really cozy restaurants and is perfect for doing sports). Convenience stores are within close reach, including organic grocery stores. In terms of public transit the location is very convenient as well, it doesn't take long to get to the city center, Châtelain, Flagey and the main EU institutions. The host family is really warmhearted and they take definitely an interest in people. To sum it all up: I really liked it! Again, thank you very much
Beaucoup de malentendus, on m'a demande de partir dès le lendemain de mon arrivé, avec mes deux valises sous le bras sous pretexte que leur petite fille avait la varicelle et devais récupère la chambre, alors que mon séjour devais durée 4 nuits et prevu, tres mal insonorise, je vous déconseille de bouger une oreille car la chambre se trouves juste a cote de la leurs, très déçu.
Aucun soucis, personnes fiables. Mon séjour c'est très bien passé. Très bon rapport qualité prix, le quartier est calme. Je recommande !
Je suis très satisfaite de mon hébergement chez eux. Les proprietaries sont très accueillant et ils font tout pour que l’on soit à l’aise et que l’on ai tout ce dont on a besoin. Très bien situé, dans un quartier calme, proche des transports, des universités, des restaurants et des magazins. La chambre est équipée de tout ce qu'on a besoin (un bon fauteuil, la TV câblée,frigo et micro ondes). Je recommande 1000%.
