Description
I'm offering a room in my home, formerly my children's room. It's a family-style space (not a shared apartment) as my daughter is often here. My cat, Trésor, also lives here. The room has a bed, a bedside table, a desk, a wardrobe, and shelves for your belongings. Wi-Fi is included.
The residence is located in a quiet, wooded park next to a small shopping center with a pharmacy, a small supermarket, a bar/tobacconist, and a greengrocer. A bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. It's 10 minutes from the city center and offers direct access to the universities.
Please note that you will not have access to the kitchen as evening meals are prepared by me and eaten together. Lunch is not provided. Breakfast and evening meals are included in the price.

Très satisfaite de l'accueil de Catherine envers ma fille. Très agréable, de très bons repas et très gentille. Nous recommandons cette adresse et tram proche ce qui a facilité ses déplacements à la fac.
Catherine est une personne accueillante et chaleureuse. Repas maison et maison très bien entretenue. J'y retournerais avec plaisir !
Pas trop content la chambre cest un four en plus a chque fois je laisse la fenêtre ouverte et la ferme loin de la gare en plus et ma laisser son chat et me demande cest je peux lui donner a mangé car elle est pas a la maison (pas a refaire)

Catherine est très agréable et dynamique .je recommande son adresse.
L'hôte est au petit soin bien que très occupée. Une retraitée en or qui fait plaisir à voir vivre.
Avantages: WiFi est bon. Il y a de l'eau chaude. La chambre est assez comfortable, mais il manque un peu la lumière. Propriété. Balcon et la vue. Défauts : Paiement: 1. Le prix déclaré est celui sans demi-pension et sans acces à la cuisine. 2. La maîtresse refuse de conclure un contrat officiel et n'accepte que des espèces, ce qui ne permet pas d'avoir la CAF aux étudiants. 3. Le réfus de rembourser d'argent pour la troisième mois, tandis que la deuxième mois n'est pas encore passée (arrivé 9 septembre - parti 6 novembre). Logement: 1. Une chate dans la maison (pas un défaut, mais un fait) et sa toilette dans la cuisine. Les excréments de la chate se mettent dans la poubelle de la cuisine. 2. Trop de restriction par rapport de l'eau et d'électricité y compris la chauffage, qui apparaîssent au fur et à mesure. 3. La maîtresse n'est pas contente quand on reste dans la maison pendant la journée. 4. La porte de la chambre ne se ferme pas à clef. 5. La viende (sauf charcuterie) ni poulet ne sont pas inclus dans le menu. 6. La maîtresse donnait à entendre plusieur fois, que les locataires indésirables étaient forcés de partir plus tôt que prévu. Moi j'ai décidé partir moi-même avant de se trouver dans une telle situation.
