My house is located in a quiet and green residence, close to the Cergy woods. We are lucky to be neighbors of the Cergy market gardeners, the Cergy Ponds, and Cergy Port. That's not all! Also a 15-minute walk away is the brand new 3 Fontaines shopping center, which has been refurbished. There is also great access to public transport thanks to the 1207 bus which takes you in 5 minutes to the Cergy Préfecture RER A train station and the SNCF L line.

This room is located on the 1st floor of the house. On the 1st floor there are 2 student rooms. The 2 tenants share a bathroom/WC and a kitchenette with freezer. A washing machine is also available in the house.
In the room you have at your disposal a fridge, a microwave, a kettle, a television, and a desk.
Ideal room for students, or people passing through for training or internships.
