Spacious room located a 5-minute walk from all shops. This quiet neighborhood is perfect for students, with the bars and university just a 10-minute walk away. All public transport links are located right outside the building. The room overlooks the street, has a double bed, and a desk with a study lamp. It's currently being renovated; the photo is a bit old. My sister and I will be studying abroad this year, so my mother is renting the room. She's very friendly, also speaks French, and has experience hosting students.
