La chambre était agréable et la propriétaire très serviable. Elle donne sur le côté « résidence » qui est très verdoyant ; l'endroit est donc bien plus calme et frais (ce qui est appréciable en cas de canicule). J'ai eu droit à de fréquentes visites d'oiseaux et de chats, surtout le matin. L'emplacement de la maison est idéal : on peut se rendre n'importe où en 15 à 30 minutes. J'ai aussi beaucoup aimé me promener dans le quartier. On y trouve de nombreuses salles de sport et boxes de CrossFit, ainsi que plein de commerces, notamment des friperies et des magasins de produits asiatiques ! Comme la propriétaire était absente pour l'été, nous communiquions principalement par message. Elle s'est montrée serviable et aimable pour résoudre les éventuels problèmes rencontrés dans la maison. Il y a deux autres colocataires ; la salle de bain, les toilettes et la cuisine sont partagées. La maison est équipée d'installations pratiques comme un lave-linge et une bouilloire rapide, mais le matériel est un peu vétuste et demande donc un peu de patience à l'usage.
