No refunds will be provided if the tenant cancels the booking or arrives after the scheduled date. Available for rent for several months. Tenants are responsible for cleaning once or twice a week; otherwise, a deduction will be made from the security deposit. Arrival and departure times must be agreed upon in advance; this is not available 24/7 like a hotel.
