The apartment is my main residence. My closet will be partially freed up, and the small bedroom will be available, equipped with a small wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
This is a bright apartment with a spacious 25 m² living room, facing southeast. It includes a large corner sofa and a beautiful bay window offering a sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, as well as a separate toilet. The apartment has two bedrooms, a small one (10 m²) and a larger one, both with double glazing and a furnished balcony overlooking the grounds.
The residence is secure, with a caretaker and surveillance cameras. It is ideally located with tram and bus stops at the foot of the building, shops nearby, and quick access to the A8 motorway (Monaco 20 minutes, Cannes 25 minutes). The area is quiet and close to the sea, the city center is 20 minutes by tram and the beaches 30 minutes.
