I'm a single mother with a 6-year-old boy and two cuddly cats. I'm looking for our future roommate for at least a year.

We live in the 10th arrondissement of Paris, a lively yet quiet neighborhood with a Tamil/Indian atmosphere. We're located close to public transport that allows you to reach Châtelet in just a few minutes, not far from Gare du Nord, and a short walk from the Canal Saint-Martin, ideal for joggers, and surrounded by bars, restaurants, and cafes.

The 60 m² apartment is bright and cozy, and fully equipped: it has a kitchen open to the living room, a shower room, a separate toilet, an oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, and an internet connection.

The available room is furnished with a single bed and a trundle bed, a desk, and storage space. You can add your own furniture if you wish.

We strive to create a friendly, respectful, and welcoming shared atmosphere.

I am looking for someone who is positive, warm, independent, and caring, and comfortable with family life. It is important to love children and enjoy sharing. We are looking for a non-smoker.
