Bright and pleasant 27 m² studio, very close to Paris. Hoche metro station and T3B tram are a 5-minute walk away. Located on the 1st floor overlooking an interior courtyard, accessible by a private staircase. The kitchen area is equipped with everything you need: 2 hotplates, oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, kettle, dishes, kitchen utensils, and a washing machine. The studio has a 160x200 bed, a small sofa, a table, chairs, a piano, a drum kit, and storage space. The neighborhood is pleasant with many shops nearby. I am a lyric singer and rent out my studio when I travel. For more information, do not hesitate to contact me. Cleaning can be done by yourself or charged extra.
