We are located not far from the heart of Charleroi and therefore close to all the amenities of the city center. (bus, train station, metro, Left Bank)

The room is on the first floor, with window on the terrace.

Très bonne location. Bien accueillie par les propriétaires qui sont très agréables et donnent de bons conseils. Cependant, 100 euros de ménage est demandé alors que le ménage n’est pas réalisé entre le passage de deux locataires qui se suivent. Les chambres et les pièces communes sont propres car les locataires eux mêmes réalisent le ménage. Les 100 euros sont complètement exagérés et ne valent pas le service rendu. De même pour le chauffage, les propriétaires passent parfois et peuvent modifier le thermostat pour le modifier à environ 18 degrés, ce qui n’est pas forcément agréable en hiver.
