located 800 meters from the center of St. Médard.
A separate 20m² bedroom and living room with a lounge area and sofa.

My house is located on a quiet street 100 meters from Parc Bourdieu.
Parking space. Garden with a terrace. Bicycle available.
Bus stop for line 71 and line G are 200 meters away.
Important: You must love animals, as I have a large dog and several adorable cats.
I am often away, especially on weekends, so you will often have the house to yourself.
