Bright and spacious room, 1m80/2m bed, which can accommodate 2 people, located in a single-family house comprising 2 single rooms with a shared kitchen and bathroom. Entrance hall that can accommodate bicycles.
House ideally located because 20 minutes walk from Place de Mons and Mons train station; 2 minutes walk from a bus stop (line 16). Not far from the exits and entrances of the Mons-Brussels, Mons-Paris, Mons-Liège motorways.
The traveler will have a set of 2 keys; 1 key for his room and 1 other for the front door. Possibility of independent entry through code mailbox.
Please note accommodation is not suitable for animals, parties and especially children because it has stairs including those leading to the 2nd floor, where the bathroom is located and one of the bedrooms does not have ramps because the walls are placo. Possibility of noise pollution coming from public roads during school periods.
I expect my guests to respect the basics of good manners and interpersonal skills.
