I sublet a large room of around 15 m2 in Paris République / Haut Marais (75003), in an apartment of 60 m2. Everything is equipped: bed, wardrobe, bedding, table, fridge, washing machine, etc.
Charges included: €785 + €95 for electricity / gas / fiber internet / boiler overhaul.
To enter now for medium (more than 6 months) or long term (except for the period of the Olympic Games from July 25 to August 12).
You are ideally a non-smoker, calm, clean, jovial, vegetarian, respectful of the environment.
I work in the music and arts sector as a press officer, videographer and curator. If you appreciate a collector's environment, this is the apartment for you!
I use the 3rd room as an office, there is no living room, but the room is so cozy that several roommates stayed there for 4 years because they loved it there.
The apartment is at the foot of the République and Temple metro stations, in the coolest neighborhood in Paris with thousands of cultural offerings.
