I'm offering a beautiful room with a queen-size bed in a 4 1/2 apartment located in Rosemont.
This is a shared apartment for 3 people.
The room includes a mini-fridge and a desk area.
The living room is not shared, as it is a work and personal space for one of the tenants.
Weekly cleaning of the common areas and the bedroom is included.
Shared with a friendly 40-year-old artist of Venezuelan origin, who works full-time, and her Brazilian mother, who works with dogs in the house. We have a good rotation of dogs at our house, so if you enjoy canine companionship, you'll enjoy your stay here.
Quiet, clean, and comfortable atmosphere.
The ideal person is someone who is respectful, independent, clean, considerate of others, and above all, quiet.
