The bedroom, located on the first floor, is ideal for a student or professional (M/F). It is close to Amay, Engis, Jemeppe, Seraing and Liège, which are accessible by bus or train (station and stops nearby). Street parking is easy, and a garage is available for a bike or scooter. Numerous shops and services are located close by. The bathroom, toilet, kitchen and garden are to be shared. Cleaning is done once a week and is included in the rental price. The other occupants of the house are myself and my daughter, and Marx, a cuddly and independent cat. Sometimes, another tenant. The house benefits from a large garden with a vegetable patch and fruit trees. We speak French, English and Italian. We understand Dutch, German and Spanish.
