For the 2025 summer season, I'm offering a shared apartment in a luxury apartment near the university and various training centers. This furnished, air-conditioned 96 m² apartment is located on the second floor of a secure and quiet residence, very close to the university.
The apartment has four single bedrooms, each 11 m² each. Each bedroom, private and equipped with a lock, offers a very high level of comfort and amenities.
The fully equipped open-plan kitchen opens onto a spacious living room. This leads to a 10 m² south-facing balcony, equipped with a high table and stools for enjoying convivial moments.
Furthermore, the apartment benefits from good transport links: a pedestrian path leads directly to Boulevard Limbert, where the main urban bus stops depart. From there, the Rue Thiers entrance provides easy access to the city center and Place Pie.
