Hello, please contact me before making any reservation. I am offering a shared apartment for adults in a large 160 m² apartment with a large swimming pool, located in Orist. This space includes a parking space, a spacious terrace, and a shelter for two-wheeled vehicles, all within a small condominium of four apartments nestled on a private wooded property.

Residents will have access to all facilities. Facing south, the apartment is furnished and equipped with a fireplace, an open-plan kitchen, and a living room. It already houses two roommates, Cédric and Selim, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

We offer a spacious third bedroom of 22 m², currently being furnished (a photo will be available soon). This space offers ample room to create a small, personalized studio, with, for example, a sitting area and a desk, according to your preferences. You can furnish it to your liking. Utilities are included.
