Hello, I am only looking for women (don't worry, we have neighbours;-)) to rent 1 or 2 of my rooms. I am a 47-year-old man who is very focused on cleanliness and order. You would have your own "area", so we would rarely cross paths: there are 4 rooms, and if there is a 2nd candidate, you would keep those 4 rooms (50m2 for the 4 of you, you could create a lounge area if you wish). Followed by a hallway, bathroom, toilet, open-plan kitchen, 60m2 living room, and my bedroom at the other end of the flat (160m2, there is plenty of space). After 4 years of shared housing, mostly with men, I prefer having one or two female housemates in a spotless flat rather than just one man. You must have a vehicle (15 mins from Dax and Tyrosse, 25 mins from the beaches), have a permanent employment contract (sorry, too many issues), and be drug-free. See you soon
