The apartment has been completely redone and has a fitted kitchen with all the necessary utensils and equipped (pyrolysis oven, microwave, hob, Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge and freezer). For the laundry room, you will have a washing machine, a dryer, steam generator.
The living room has a beautiful living room opening onto a balcony with an unobstructed view and overlooking the park of the residence. The 3 bedrooms are spaced out.
