Hello! We are looking for our next housemate! We are at the Villa, a coliving space in Ville-La-Grand, a 14-minute walk from Annemasse station (Léman Express: Genève-Eaux-Vives in 7 minutes, Cornavin in 23 minutes). A fully equipped double kitchen (there's even a beer tap!), a dining room with a foosball table, a full laundry room, a cinema room (with a PS5!), and a large lounge with a TV, Nintendo Switch, and board games. There is also a gym and a sauna! Outside, you'll find a heated pool, sun loungers, a vegetable garden, volleyball, hammocks, table tennis, darts, and a BBQ! Parking is available for cars, motorbikes, and bicycles. There is also a large park with a volleyball court! Plus, all services are included: cleaning 3 times a week, sports and yoga classes (6 per month), maintenance, a gardener, pool maintenance, bed sheets, towels, premium bedding, high-speed Wi-Fi, monthly pizza parties, and other seasonal events!
