House on 4 levels: - Level -1: living room and kitchen, free access according to times and usage. - Level 0: two private bedrooms, bathroom and toilet shared with the teenager. - Level 1: our workspace and your bedroom (double bed, desk, storage). - Level 2: private area. Terrace and swimming pool with free access according to times and usage. Secure parking. S11 and C buses in front of the house, as well as local shops (tobacconist, pharmacy, bakery, grocery store). Non-smoking house and no visitors. Quiet and residential neighbourhood. Want to share our daily life, or need a quiet place to study or relax?
