Description
We are owner-occupiers of a duplex and live on the ground floor with our two daughters, aged 9 and 14. We have a 5 ½ apartment upstairs that includes my home office, but two bedrooms are available for rent: one bedroom with a queen-size bed and one bedroom with a single bed (with the possibility of adding another single bed if you are a family with two children). I need to be able to access the office two days a week, but the rest of the apartment is at your disposal: the bathroom, kitchen, and living room. There are also two balconies (front and back). The apartment is fully equipped, with fans or a window air conditioning unit. There are games and books for children if you are a family. Bus routes 95, 18, and 131 are nearby. It is a 10-minute walk from Assomption metro station. Several shops and pharmacies are within a reasonable walking distance. There is a public market every Saturday at Joseph-Paré Park. Easy street parking is available.
