49m² student apartment rental (Carqueiranne - 83320)

Our one-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of our house in Carqueiranne, halfway between the port and the town center, and features a 10 m² terrace. This is a 9-month student contract.

The neighborhood is quiet and just a 5-minute walk from the village, close to public transportation to Toulon or Hyères (buses 39 and 92, Carthage stop), making it easy to access various amenities such as a Spar, an Intermarché supermarket, a bakery, a pharmacy, pizzerias, restaurants, and more.

The apartment includes a parking space. It has a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, washing machine), and we provide linens and dishes.

The large bedroom has two 80 x 190 cm beds, which can be separated, and a large walk-in closet. The bright living room is furnished with a sofa bed (high-quality bedding), a coffee table, and four chairs. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and sink, with a separate toilet.

Electricity and internet are the tenant's responsibility. Water and waste disposal taxes are included in the advance payment.

The apartment is non-smoking.
