4 minutes walk from the RER A Neuilly Plaisance, direct to Paris Chatelet (15min) or to Disney Marne la Vallée.
Large, very quiet room in a semi-buried basement, entrance through the garage. Little natural light but well lit, very clean.
1 160cm bed, and 1 comfortable 140cm sofa bed.
1 private toilet and 1 bathroom.
The space is 35m2.
Access to the garden terrace to get some fresh air or smoke a cigarette.
Air conditioning.
The room is large (+/- 40m2) but low ceiling (2m12). You have to go through my garage. The whole thing is semi-buried but well ventilated and very clean.
The toilet is a sani-macerator.
The beds are comfortable.
It is possible to make a washing machine and a dryer for an additional 3 euros (large capacity).
