Each room (individual lease) includes:
- A large bed with storage and a new mattress (140x190),
- Storage furniture (wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table),
- A desk with a chair and lamp.
All furniture is modern and of high quality; you will truly feel at home.
Utilities include: internet, electricity, cold water, hot water, heating, and standard building management fees for which the tenant is responsible. A Netflix subscription is provided for the shared housing! No surprises regarding utilities, all you need to do is take out home insurance.
