Description

We offer a cozy private room featuring a comfortable queen-size bed and a desk, ideal for both rest and work.

Guests are welcome to use the shared kitchen and all cooking equipment. Please bring your own food and kindly avoid taking items from the fridge that do not belong to you.

The bathroom is shared with other guests. It is cleaned daily, and we kindly ask everyone to clean up after themselves to help keep the space pleasant for all.

Please note that our apartment has thin walls. As this is a shared living space, we ask guests to be respectful and keep noise to a minimum between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM, out of consideration for other guests, ourselves, and our neighbors. For your comfort, earplugs are provided.

Air conditioners will be installed in each bedroom and available from May 15 to October 1.
