Description
The house, perched on the hills above the village, is within walking distance of the train station, a short distance from Lyon Part-Dieu. The suite includes a private 'Pistache' bedroom, a mezzanine, a shared bathroom, and a shared toilet. Our guests have access to our fully equipped kitchen, the garden, and the terrace.
The 13 m² bedroom is located on the upper floor of our home, next to another room also available for rent. It is equipped with a 140 cm wide bed, a small desk, a closet, an armchair, and a mirror.
Guests can use our kitchen on the ground floor, which is equipped with all the necessary amenities, such as a dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, and dishes. A washing machine and dryer are located in the private part of the house and are available upon request, for a fee.

Superbe maison, super cadre, super confort.
L'ambiance était aussi glaciale que ma chambre. Pas de chauffage dans ma chambre, sa réponse "une nuit fraiche est meilleure pour le sommeil". J'ai du opter pour un chauffage d'appoint électrique, Lors de mon arrivée j'apprends que le linge de lit n'est pas fourni. Propreté à revoir (amas de poussière sous le lit, table de nuit poussiéreuse et présence d'un liquide collant sur l'étagère) Propreté moyenne dans la cuisine commune et la vaisselle à partager (table mal débarrassée, miettes...) Place minuscule dans le frigo - réponse " vous pouvez mettre vos courses dehors" Visite de ma chambre en mon absence malgré la porte verrouillée. On a organisé une soirée pizza avec le colocataire et on a débordé sur l'heure d'occupation symbolique. Sur un ton déplaisant il nous a rappelé qu'il était chez lui et nous a invité à quitter la salle à manger. J'ai préféré écourter mon séjour d'une dizaine de jours et perdre le montant de la location, Je n'ai pas pour habitude de laisser un tel commentaire, Très mauvaise expérience, je déconseille.
