Close to Paris and Pontoise, discover a beautiful, bright 20m² room overlooking the garden, situated on the first floor of my home. Cormeilles is a quiet and safe little town, near the lovely banks of the Seine and the forest, where you can go for walks. My house is a 15-minute walk from the train station (or 5 minutes by bus). You can reach Gare Saint-Lazare, in the centre of Paris, in 20 minutes or Pontoise in 16 minutes (Line J). I occupy the ground floor with my 22-year-old daughter, so you will have your own private space on the first floor. The bathroom and toilet are to be shared with my daughter. This homestay is available for women aged 20 and over. You will have access to the kitchen, living room, and garden. I am looking for a friendly and open-minded tenant who is also respectful of the space and its occupants. Smokers are welcome, but only in the garden, even in winter. For your information, I have an adorable small dog.
