There are 2 rooms available in our shared housing in St Priest. It's a 4-bedroom apartment, so 2 are already occupied. The apartment is located above the offices of a joinery workshop near Parilly Park, the fire station, and the Université Lyon 2 tram stop. The flat is very spacious, 140 m2, and brand new. It has a balcony; one of the bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom and a shared balcony with the other flatmate already moved in, with the rent for this one being €650. The other room, which shares a bathroom with 3 people, is €550/month. There is a garage, and I would preferably like to find 2 gay men. The apartment needs a nice, friendly, and warm atmosphere where we could spend evenings together.
