Independent 2-room flat in a house with a terrace (Reyrieux - 01600)

Welcome to your cosy retreat in Le Villard, a 40 m² 3-star Clévacances-rated gîte, attached to our main residence. Offered for a maximum rental period of 3 months (non-APL eligible), this accommodation sleeps a maximum of 2 people. The space can be configured to suit a couple or colleagues, thanks to a bedroom with a Queen size bed and a living room with a sofa bed, which can be prepared upon request. You will have access to fibre internet, a workspace, and a private kitchenette. The kitchenette is located in our utility room, separated from your private space by a closed door. Our three cats use a cat flap there to pass through without entering your area. During the season, you can enjoy a private terrace and a shared swimming pool, used on a rotating basis until 9 pm. Bed sheets and towels are provided, but please bring your own hairdryer. The gîte is non-smoking, and parties and guests are not permitted. Secure bike storage is available. Parking is provided in the enclosed courtyard or on the street.
