Description
We are a 50-year-old couple, a photographer and a conservatory director. Following our son's departure to Paris, we are renting a room with a private bathroom, preferably for a student, especially a foreigner, which would allow us to open a window on the world. We agree to share the common areas of this large, quiet 130 m2 house with a garden and a large terrace. We are located in the Croix Daurade district, just across from La Maourine Park, 12 minutes from the Borderouge metro station, 10 minutes from the L9 bus station Place Bila, a self-service bike station is located just across the street, and the city center is a 15-minute bike ride from our home. If you are a student, curious, epicurean, gourmet, or someone who enjoys human contact, you are welcome. There is also a cat in the house. Please introduce yourself and tell us about your studies and interests.
