My house is located in the historic and residential area of Saint-Cyr-sur-Loire, close to the river and just a few minutes by car, bus or bike from Place Plumereau in Tours (about a twenty-minute walk). A direct bus service connects to the centre of Tours and its train station (15 minutes). The surroundings are very quiet. The bedroom is well-insulated, both in summer and winter, and is adjacent to another room for rent. A shower room, toilet and a small kitchenette are shared with another tenant, and you are responsible for their cleaning, either alone or shared. For tenants travelling for professional reasons or students only.
