I am offering a 12 m² room with a double bed (140 cm), desk, wardrobe, Wi-Fi, and a garage for a bicycle or scooter. Ideal for a young student, intern, or someone on a fixed-term contract. I offer a mobility lease that qualifies for housing benefits (APL). We will share the kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom, and toilet in a respectful and friendly environment. Loulou the cat lives with us. The apartment is located near the Port of Cubzac-les-Ponts, on the banks of the Dordogne River. The train station is a few minutes away by car or about a ten-minute walk, with twenty-minute journeys to Bordeaux and ten-minute journeys to Sainte-Eulalie (shopping centre). I am 60 years old, a nursing assistant, and I work in Bordeaux city centre. I am renting out my daughter's room, as she is currently in Australia.
