There are 3 bedrooms overlooking a very quiet garden, and 2 others facing south towards the street.
The ground-floor bedroom with garden view is currently available.
The other 4 bedrooms are rented by 4 non-French-speaking students for a minimum 8-month lease for students starting in September. Located 10 minutes from Lille train stations by metro (red line or line 2, Mairie de Mons station); the house is 400 meters from the town hall,
on a quiet street, and close to Lille 3 University in Villeneuve d'Ascq (30 minutes on foot, 20 minutes by bus).
There is an 80 m² garden (smoking area) offering a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, a rare find in the city. I am requesting the "Visale" guarantee, which is free for you and provides security for me,
with your 9-month student contract, renewable if everything goes well,
and a possible additional contract if you continue your stay.
Currently, there is only one shower, as the second shower is being renovated.
