The apartment is located in a quiet building on the 2nd floor with no lift. Each room is furnished with a single or double bed, a desk, a wardrobe, and a shelf. The living room includes a sofa, an armchair, and a dining area.

Shared fully-equipped kitchen. The bathroom, which includes a shower and a washing machine, is shared between 2 or 3 people. The current flatmates are a man in his 50s working in Paris and a woman in her 40s.

The building is ideally situated in a quiet neighbourhood, a 10-minute walk from Mairie d’Aubervilliers station (metro line 12), a ten-minute bus ride from Fort d’Aubervilliers (metro line 7), and a 10-minute walk from the La Courneuve - Aubervilliers RER B station. It is also close to local shops: bakeries, restaurants, cafés, a cheese shop, fast-food outlets, a market, and a supermarket.
