Description
Very quiet room, 200m from the RER B line and Palaiseau Villebon station, 25 minutes from Paris and 500m from the town centre. You have a fridge in your room, bed linen and towels are provided every fortnight, and a microwave is at your disposal. Access to the kitchen every day except Sunday. Wi-Fi access, ironing facilities, and depending on availability, a private or shared bathroom (with personal basin). Garden at your disposal. Very quiet house, ideal for students. The host lives on-site. No washing machine access. Laundrette in the town centre 400m away. You are responsible for cleaning your room, as well as the bathroom, which must be cleaned every week. The bathroom must be kept impeccable out of mutual respect. Please note that the accommodation is non-smoking.
