Import photos from my Airbnb listing

Updated on 31/03/2026

Have you already published your listing on Airbnb and don't want to re-upload all your photos one by one to Roomlala? Good news: you can automatically import photos from your Airbnb listing in just a few clicks.

What you need

To start the import, you simply need the URL or ID of your Airbnb listing. You will find it in your browser's address bar when viewing your listing on Airbnb. It is the number that appears after "/rooms/" in the URL, for example: airbnb.fr/rooms/12345678.

You can also directly copy-paste the full URL of your Airbnb listing; Roomlala will automatically extract the ID.

How to import your photos

Follow these steps:

  • Log in to your Roomlala account, then go to your listing's edit page, under the Photos section.
  • Click on the "Import photos from another platform" button. A window will open.
  • In the Platform field, select "Airbnb".
  • In the "Listing ID or URL" field, paste the URL of your Airbnb listing or directly enter the numerical ID.
  • Click "Start import".

A confirmation message will appear: your photos will be available in a few minutes. You can leave the page while waiting; the import will continue in the background.

What happens next?

Roomlala automatically retrieves the photos from your Airbnb listing and adds them to your listing. As long as the import is in progress, a message will indicate this on your listing's Photos page. Once the import is complete, your photos will appear directly in your listing's gallery.

Imported photos go through a moderation step before being visible to tenants. This process is usually very fast.

Good to know

  • Your listing can contain up to 50 photos in total. If you already have photos on your Roomlala listing, only the remaining photos (up to the limit of 50) will be imported.
  • Accepted formats are: JPEG, PNG, WebP, and GIF.
  • Only one import can be in progress at a time for a given listing. Wait for the current import to finish before starting a new one.
  • Once the photos are imported, you can rearrange them, delete some, or add others manually from your listing's Photos page.

In case of a problem

If the import fails, verify that your Airbnb listing's URL or ID is correct and that your listing is public on Airbnb. If the problem persists, do not hesitate to contact our support team who will be happy to assist you.
