In Quebec, the rental of tourist accommodations is regulated. To continue publishing your listing on Roomlala, you have two options.

Without an update, your listing will remain deactivated in "Pending" status and will not be published.

Option 1: Download your registration certificate

If you are offering a short-term rental, you must add your vehicle registration certificate to your listing.

This document proves that your accommodation is authorized to be rented as a tourist property.

Option 2: Change your minimum duration to 1 month

If you do not wish to rent to tourists, you can simply adjust your listing.

• Change the minimum rental period and set it to 1 month .

Therefore, your listing will no longer be considered a tourist rental.
