Obtain your insurance certificate

To download your insurance certificate , go to the details of your reservation in your "Messaging" .

Next, click on the "Insurance" button in the list of documents.

Insured's identity

If the reservation was made for another person, it is not possible to change the name shown on the insurance certificate.

🔁 The only solution is to update your account , including your email address and identity verification.

Once this information has been modified, the certificate will be automatically generated in your name.
