Instant reservation on Roomlala

Instant reservation allows you to reserve accommodation immediately, without waiting for a response from the host. It's an ideal solution for last-minute bookings .

As a tenant , when you choose accommodation with this option, the reservation is confirmed as soon as payment is received .

You will then receive immediately:

  • The host's contact details
  • The exact address of the accommodation
  • A confirmation email with all the details of your reservation

Enable instant reservation (accommodation providers)

By default, instant reservation is enabled for any new listing with a rental period between 1 day and 2 weeks .

However, you can activate or deactivate it at any time from your hosting space.

  1. Go to your Hosting Area on Roomlala.
  2. Click on the "Edit" button to the right of the photo of the relevant listing .
  3. Open the "Duration and Rent" section.
  4. At the top of the page, select "Yes" under the heading "Instant Reservation " to activate it, or "No" to deactivate it.

If you activate instant reservation , a few points are important.

  • Keep your calendar up to date , as you may receive bookings for the same day.
  • Make sure your property is always ready to welcome a tenant quickly.
  • Tenants rely on the reliability of this option. A late cancellation could put them in a difficult situation.
