The checks carried out by Roomlala

- Email address: Upon registration, you will receive a validation email. Click on the link to confirm your address and receive all communications from Roomlala.

- Mobile phone: your number is only shared if your reservation is confirmed and paid for . If you do not receive an SMS, please check your settings or contact our customer service department, specifying:
• The name of your mobile operator (some, like Free, can cause problems).
• Your phone number, so that we can validate it manually if necessary.
