Are you not receiving emails from Roomlala ?
If you are not receiving our emails, here are some checks to perform before contacting our advisors.
These simple steps often solve the problem quickly 💡
1️⃣ Receive the registration email
If you have not received the registration email, click on "Resend email" to receive it again and validate your registration.
2️⃣ Check your junk mail (spam) folder
Sometimes our messages end up in your spam folder.
To avoid this:
- Mark Roomlala emails as "not spam" and move them to your inbox.
- Add Roomlala to your list of safe senders.
- If you forward your emails to another address, check that the redirection is working and that the messages are not at that other address.
3️⃣ Verify the accuracy of your email address
It is possible that the address provided during your registration is incorrect or no longer valid .
In this case, update it from your personal space and click on "Edit my email" .
4️⃣ Search for the email in your inbox
An email can sometimes go unnoticed.
In your email search field, type Roomlala to find the message you are looking for.
5️⃣ Check your email alert subscriptions
It is possible that one or more Roomlala email alerts are disabled.
To check:
- Go to your Profile from your Personal Space .
- Scroll down to the "Settings" section.
- Select or deselect the 4 types of email alerts according to your preferences.
📱 We recommend that you keep the alert "I agree to receive SMS messages to inform me of information/ reservation requests" activated.
This allows you to be informed in real time as soon as a new request is sent to you.
