How to contact potential tenants?

Offer your listing to potential tenants

Premium member hosts can directly offer their listing to tenants who are looking for accommodation.

This feature helps you increase your chances of reservation by contacting people whose criteria match your accommodation.

Access the list of potential tenants

  • Go to your "Hosting Area"
  • Click on the "Tenants" section
  • View the list of tenants looking for accommodation near your listing

Submit your listing

To contact a tenant, click on the green "Post my listing " button.

The tenant then receives an email presenting your accommodation and can contact you directly if they are interested.

Filter new profiles

To refine your search, you can use several filters .

  • Desired arrival date
  • Presence or absence of a profile picture
  • Other criteria according to your preferences

Disable notifications from potential tenants

If you no longer wish to receive emails regarding potential tenants, you can disable this option.

  • Go to your "Host Area" , under "Potential Tenants"
  • Uncheck the box related to email notifications

Your preferences are saved automatically .
