As a tenant, you can request a refund for your Premium Pass if all eligibility conditions are met.

Eligibility Conditions

Your request is admissible only if the Pass has expired less than 7 days ago.

During the Pass's validity period (based on the relationship creation date), there must be no relationships with any of these statuses:
- Confirmed
- Cancelled by yourself

There must be no exchange of contact details (email or phone) in the relationship messages during the Pass period. This check is automatically performed by an AI analysis.

Your profile must be complete:
- profile photo present
- identity verified

Decision

If all the above conditions are met, your Pass is eligible for a refund. Otherwise, a refund is not possible.
